The deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing youth and young adults are forced to contend with a series of demographic, socioeconomic and systematic setbacks that is no fault of their own.  In order for our community to counter-attack such misfortunes, we must provide them with positive and productive experiences. It takes a village! At Empowering Sounds of Movement (ESOM), we have committed ourselves to encouraging the leaders of tomorrow, by allowing them to pursue their dreams of today. Whether it is with a higher degree of professionalism, integrity, drive or responsibility, we have proven we are there for them. We service the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing youth and young adults by providing essentials skills needed for personal finance, business and work-readiness.  Our programs is designed to prepare the sometimes forgotten youth and young adults with the necessary tools to achieve and in most cases make wise choices when faced with career decisions and finances for their future.
