ESOM’s Community Business Educational Training (CBET) program provides today’s youth and young adults with internship opportunities and the knowledge and support to gain professional skills and build confidence in a supportive environment.  Here at ESOM, we work with the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing youth and young adults to overcome barriers. We achieve this goal by broaden their knowledge, increasing their skills sets, and providing a memorable experience, all while educating them on work-readiness, personal finance and business.
